COVID-19 UPDATES
The last few months have been very challenging on multiple levels for many of us. From parents becoming teachers at home with their children to navigating layoffs and furloughs, we have all been stretching in new ways. At Dentistry Bliss we have utilized this time to create a risk-free environment for you and our staff. We will be reopening our doors for regular hygiene and restorative procedures next Monday June 1st 2020.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.

While we have always taken great pride in keeping a safe, clean, and next-level environment, we want you to know how seriously we are taking concerns with COVID-19 by highlighting some New office features that will be keeping our staff and patients safe. Outlined below are some of our protocols,
- Pre-Screen: Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office. Upon arrival, an infrared thermometer and pulse oximeter will be used to record your current temperature and oxygen level. Anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms with or without a fever will need to be rescheduled.
- Mask Zone: Patients are required to wear a mask until seated in the clinic chair. When the appointment is finished, please place your mask back on before leaving the treatment room.
- Please use hand sanitizer or wash hands after entering our office.
- Social distancing will be practiced. This includes limiting the number of patients in the office. We may ask you to wait in your car until we are ready for you. Simply call us upon arrival and we will let you know when we are ready for you.
- REQUIRED ON-TIME ARRIVAL FOR ALL PATIENTS. appointment model is being followed to ensure safety for yourself as well as other patients.
- Patients ONLY: We ask that only the patient come in for their appointment. If a parent would like to escort their child, then only one parent will be allowed and will also be subject to the full check-in protocol.
Thank you for you extended patience with us while we try to navigate this “new normal” and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time.
Sincerely,
Dr. Dinh & Team
